So it begins...

Currently I am 5'8 and 170.2 lbs my scale says that my body fat is 39%. That make me want to throw up. But... this is what this is all about. Right? The way I have it figured if I average a weight loss of 2 lbs a month then I will hit my weight goal in 1 years time. I want to do this right. That is why I am only expecting to loose 2 lbs a month. No fad diets, no crazy workouts. Those things wont last me and I'll be right back to where I started. I want to change my life style so that I can actually stay at the weight I want. True I will have to do some intense working out but nothing that I can't keep up.
