So.... post of shame :( BUT!!!!! I am posting because I am on day two of my Jillian Michael's ripped in 30 program. It's a good workout and the best part is that the workouts are only 20 minutes. That is perfect cause my little 5 months old doesn't seem to want me to loose the lbs I gained having her... I haven't lost any pounds according to the scale I'm still 165 but my body fat % is down 2 percent. I have been walking daily with my little girl and dog for a while now :) I will be keeping it up! Look for no more posts of shame!!
